Dessert Baked and whipped chocolate cream, cloudberries, salt flakes, browned butter jelly, crispy honey cake and candied hazelnuts.
Spring and summer menu
Starter Rainbow trout tartare with melon, chorizo, grilled sourdough bread, jalapeno mayonnaise, and pickled trout roe.
Main course Grilled reindeer calf steak with roasted spring vegetables, sherry vinegar gravy, roasted carrot cream, herb gremolata, chopped almonds and fried black root.
Dessert Baked white chocolate brownie, mashed raspberries, browned butter jelly, chocolate crisp, browned butter snow and crumbled raspberry powder.

Let us offer you an evening where we create the feeling of a restaurant in your own home with a private chef. We can also provide you with service staff.
We will prepare the dinner together and have a whole night where we will hopefully take your own cooking to the next level, in excellent company, followed by a seated dinner.
With our experience of creating unique and intimate events we can guarantee you that you will be in for a very special night to remember! We only use the best produce, according to season, and can tailor the menu according to your preferences.
